Good Work environment and culture, company policies are too good. Salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I loved my work and my team was good

Management is just too self centered, they belive only themselves, micromanaging everyone. Shouting at people on the floor They have no trust on anyone. HR had no say in anything, he is just a puppet doing what is dictated. I was promised a salary of 50 k but provided with 40 k and that too was reduced with Covid. April 2020 nothingpaid out inspire of me working full time from home. And asked me to resign when first they gave me leaves due to health issues. No salary paid out. Pathetic company...Read More
