I had an extremely negative experience with this company due to its toxic and unethical work environment. **No Compensation for Overtime**: Despite consistently working late, including calls as late as 10 PM, there was no compensation for overtime. The company disregards personal time, reg ularly scheduling work on weekends without any consideration for work-life balance</mark>. **Toxic Leadership**: The owner himself made it clear that employees' personal lives were irrelevant, openly stating that he would "make your life hell." Family life or balance is non-existent here.
