The creative work was good and also a good exposure because of the elite clientele they have.

Dislikes

Theres lots to this. Everyone was supposed to work like donkeys for endless hours. So we used to work till late nights and Saturdays were working too full day till late in the night. It was more like a rat race. No one wants to NOT work for the type of clients they had, but the CEO somehow knows how to remove the fun from the job, no matter how creative it is. The term Work life balance does not exist. Even If you're talking/laughing/brainstorming its not accepted even If you've been working continuously and need some break to at least rub your eyes. We were also expected to create multiple designs not because the client wanted more options but because exploiting the employees came easy and then these deigns would go to the repository. Work Details

Like I said the quality of work involved was good. Nomatter how bas the situations were, it was just the work that kept us going. Only If this was an organisation where people would attest be treated properly, things would have been different.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
