The Company is OEM of Industrial Heat Treatment Furnace.Company has very standard Austrian Design which used to integrate in India.It is collaboration of Aichelin Austria And Unitherm Engineers India.Company has now a days good market.

Dislikes

Higher Work Load, more than 2 production managers were terminated as March end dispatch not cleared.( it never going to clear, just for blaming failures ) Termination from Service as project/ production gets down.(Already done in 2015) 5-9% increment for which 1 Year must be complete in March. NO PL for new comers for which 1 year completion necessary in January. No Saturday off for Mechanical Design Engineers.( Earlier 2 Saturday working canceled ) Health insurance of 1 lack cover only not covering father and mother....Read More

1. Insecurity about job as they have history of laying off employees in case no new orders. 2.Too busy and occupied with work, very stressful environment. 3.Sometime felt like working under very tight surveillance of HR. 4.Junior HR thinks like they own the company.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
