Even in the Time of Covid Waves, the company supports all the employees even if they lose a lot of clients. Work culture is amazing, there is a nice aura and owners do not take pride at all. Though sometimes employees take advantage of the liberty given so that must be tackled by the Management. Ample opportunities to grow and learn at Ai Creatives.

I used to Manage an SEO team of 15 people. Daily reporting, Managing team and clients were my major forte.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
