I love this place and didn't find anything to dislike.

It's been 2 years with the organization, Despite the pandemic where most of the companies have made the salary cut, we didn't face any salary reduction. Yes a bit work pressure is there but I take it positively, it gives us confidence.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
