Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is also bad. Engineers gettling low salaries and old illiterate low education people getting more salary and hike. Company policies are rude, appraisal are fair and they give low salary hike and bonus to engineers.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address engineer's issues. Career growth is slow.

The people around us are very bad. I struggled very much in the beginning as there is lots of politics. After all I have to left job from there due to no support from my department and management. I think it's better to do job somewhere else.
