The hospital help to develop my skill and knowledge . Hospital give good salary. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily. Hospital have an cetral lab and an blood bank. It consist fully automated machine. And the hospital have good accommodation and food, and travelling fecility ..

Hospital growth is very slow. Managers do not value an individuals.

I never had job satisfaction from this hospital, never say a single word of likes.

This hospital management or any staff from HR never respond to any email or phone call for further verification for employment by other hospitals from overseas,my employer from HSE hospital in Ireland says very bad response from HR, Indian management is worse , don't know how to behave.

i think they have variety of cases coming and as a clinician that is important

very discriminatory and to a certain extent racist environment with a one man show kind of outlook. everything is done to please one person and its runs on one person whims and fancies. does not suit a big organisation this kind of work culture. also no uniform rules for everyone, it all depends on which village you are from and what language you speak and which family you are related to.
