I like that in every department like, ATM, Retail & BT, secure value, petroleum. have very good support from hire authority to ground level support.... Especially in roll outs and regular support also......AGS gives us job security and promote as per engineer performance, Here career growth is slow, salary/appraisal point of view AGS experience is too bad, As per traveling engineer have to get the chance in travel in remote areas and also got the opportunity to learn something new about different cultures, nature and natural beauty....I learnt many things from this organisation Especially about politics......Read More

Compensation is decent but career growth is too slow. But there is no work pressure..... engineer have to work only on given task and update the same on daily basis.....but in few critical or isolated situations we have to respond with immediate effect to avoid loss and it also helps to reduce escalation from user end........Read More

Work Details

Generally speaking, My work is installtion of various types of desktops laptops, window installation, configuration, if found any hardware issues then my responsibilitie is to inform consern team.....and update the same things in BMC remedy portal.....

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
