I work really good in a customer in time on time closed all call customer call but not support customer service but no use of work performance and also 1.5 year I'm working in this company my salary is 16500 only no increased

The company has a lot to offer, depends in which department you're working for. Overall Experience is satisfying for me, personally. Cant argue about the Job security, Ofcourse it was good enough. Though there were salary issues throughout and still facing the same after a year later when it all started. Company policies are a bit strict but very favorable.

Dislikes

Growth and Innovation is where this company lacks. Less opportunities and exhausting environment. Don't want to be all negative about this, but its a pretty good place for freshers to start their careers, but not a place to settle or even for experienced individuals.

Very Unproductive. Saying this only because what I'm doing can be easily automated using new technologies. Instead, the team I work for has a primitive method of doing things manually. So overall this might be the reason for negative feedback.
