I would strongly advise against working for Agronic food pvt ltd , as my experience here has been extremely disappointing. One of the most concerning issue is the lack of the compliance with basic employee benefits. despite being a full time employee the company does not deduct provident fund and employee state insurance Furthermore the work environment is incredibly toxic . The work environment here is highly toxic. There is no structured hierarchy system, and there is a distinct lack of respect between senior and junior staff. The team is generally unprofessional. In terms of employee perks and benefits, the company is severely lacking. There is no Employee Insurance, PF, ESI, or gratuity even if you complete 5 years with the organization. The work culture is extremely unorganized. There are no provision for casual leave, Privilege Leave, or Sick Leave, If you take leave, your salary will be deducted, making it impossible to plan for your social life. if you do take leaves, your monthly budge will ruined as you will have to compromise due to the salary deduction.
