There are some issues related to salary hike, because as guidelines salary is not hiked every financial year. Also there is no specific time or day in a month to get monthly salary.

It is an institution where the employee finds a balance between work and personal life. When it's the season for training it gets really busy otherwise it is a satisfying job where the work load isn't much. In terms of salary it isn't much. However if you are looking for a temporary job it will suffice. Teammates are good.

Firstly it will be the salary, it's nothing compared to what you should be earning based on your qualification. The salary gets disbursed very late. Other than that the overall institution is a good experience for freshers.

Presently am working as an Assistant Technology Manager. The work load is fine. It's a good experience working with the farmers on the field. It gives us an exposure to the real life scenario and problems the farmers are facing on a daily basis.

There is no dislikes about working at ATMA. i love my profession and i like to work at ATMA, because of some personal reasons i left my job and shifted to hyderabad.

my work is to conduct tranings, demonstrations, field visits, kvk visits, the main goal is to help the farmers to take up new techniques and has been successful in some cases, making agenda, files, reports , talking to the people while field survey.

Its related to Agricultural Extension Education. Providing technical and extension supports to farmers about new technologies and various government schemes, agricultural loans etc. Good job for agriculture freshers, as they are conected with farmers and learn how to handle many field problems.
