Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

There is nothing to like about this company. Worst Company with zero job security. They can lay of any one at any time, if they do not have business.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for in my career. This startup has the worst culture for employees. They have a habit of laying off employees with only five minutes' notice, often giving invalid reasons. Only fresh graduates and very needy individuals might join this company, but it will be difficult for them to surviveeven for six months. The Company Culture & Management is Very Good & Helpful, But Discipline is first & foremost here, You need to be present atleast 5 mins before the Start of Working hours, Company is making excellent growth opportunities

As I said, Discipline is first & foremost, I got 2 Memos being for 15 mins late only. Rest the Pay & Work life Balance is good, Ideal 9 hours working, Time: 10:00 to 7:00, No dislikes as such.
