In my experience of working with Aglowid IT Solutions as a Sr. HR Executive, Employees of the company stood out to me. They know how to get the work done in time and have informal conversation and fun daily. Overall the working environment is positive and warm.

I joined Aglowid as a Digital Marketing Intern few weeks back. I was welcomed with warm wishes from everyone in the company including the CEO and CTO as well. My induction was also very efficient and educative where I learnt a lot about company's literature. I have started working on few projects already, and I love the work culture here.

Aglowid is a responsible IT company that takes the utmost care of its employees.Even during lockdown, the company provided remote working flexibility with no deductions in salaries. All the employees received their salaries and increment on time as well.And we continue to maintain that standard to this date.

My work at Aglowid is challenging as I have to thoroughly research my blogs and make use of skyscraper technique to ensure we have the best blog possible in our niche. However, my team here is very cooperative and helping.

Digital Marketing is all about experimenting, trying new things, and at Aglowid the marketing team has that leverage to try new things, to experiment. Each employee's thoughts and ideas are considered and tested to ensure that they are implementable. Every idea is considered and if feasible, implemented.

in the few months i have spent as a part of Aglowid team, i already feel very included and Welcomed by all my colleagues and seniors. the learning opportunity at aglowid is immense, and they motivate me to take on bigger responsibilities and not just work behind the scenes.
