Even thou the company earns a huge profit there is no place for qualified individuals to grow in the organization you start with 8k salary as a B.tech and every year increment will be max 10% but during covid they didn't even gave that. They get the best exporter award but they always nag that the company is in loss so that you willwork 14hrs a day but don't ask for a pay raise. The hipocracy is that if you oil certain people and be there slave then you may see rise in your salary or else you are just a qualified trash who will be required only on specific days such as during audit and etc...Read More
