Work from home, timely salary accreditation.

Dislikes

The management is surprisingly poor and erratic. There is no intention to extend support to the employees, no leeway at work, no set objective, nothing. The director is shallow and full of vindictiveness. If you make a mistake, she turns it into her personal vendetta, tracks down prior works for errors, and drops downright humiliation and bombshells in the mail with phrases like "heavy consequences". So, extreme, extreme micromanagement. The management is so pathe_tic, people have left 4 days after joining. For a work-related disagreement with the TL, the entire team is fired. And everything rounds up to salary as if it's a factory and employees are majdoors!...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
