Agility has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.They have superb canteen facility and delicious food, variety and quality of food is worth mentioning here.

I would say they can try to give money as salary instead of incentive ( its creating big gap between agreed ctc and salary what they providing.
