I joined as a trainee. I was put on a self paced, self learning training module. I was told by the manager that once I complete training, I will be considered for full time. I took about six months to go through linux, python, django, javascript, jquery, reactjs, html & css. Teammates are very helpful. They gave me tasks to completefrom their project. That really helped learn and understand entire sdlc process. I am now a fulltime developer. company culture is very informal - no dress code, casual. everyone is accessible. Seniors are very knowledgeable and helpful. The company founder comes in a t-shirt and cycles to the office! Timing is flexible. sometimes they allow work from home. Saturday and Sunday are off. Good encouragement to learn new technologies and apply them on the job....Read More

no job security. many people were laid off recently. salaary is average.

work is interesting. i learnt a lot about python, writing APIs, databases, queries, deploying on AWS cloud.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
