The best thing over here is the Work-life balance and work culture. HR/Finance team is really very supportive. Colleagues are also very supportive. Company has additional benefits which are really good.

Dislikes

I feel job security is really a concern here. Another issue is Appraisal, no compensation increment in evaluations.
