Good Job security and Salary is paid at the right time. Has a good brand value compared to other mid level companies.

Dislikes
Its not Employee centric company. Vetical Hierarchy system. The whole system and process is Haywire, especially HR and onboarding - functions like Government body, where you have to stand for hours and plead for your ID Card, confirmation, appointment letter. no grievance or ticket raising system - manually handled. Leave and holiday policy can be better for the plant people.
No one is concerned actually about problem solving.
To complete target or improve efficiency, quality is compromised
