Dislikes

Work, work and work. Culture, values and ethics are missing. Top management has bureaucratic way of working. Subordinates are often suppressed. Lot of unsafe work conditions. Several accidents reported but top management only does lip service and every thing is displayed rosy on paper.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
