There is nothing i like about AGI Glaspac.

Very bad work culture,forced to work extra hours without any benefits,cannot spend quality time with family,heavy pressure and tension,hard to take leave,going home on time after duty is considered as a crime,poor increments, one does not receive respect as deserved and very poor employee welfare.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
