The environment in the office is quite good with flexi hour option.

Dislikes

Terrible politics in each team, no focus on training new employees. No clarity provided on job role (I was shown a radically different picture during interview process) and the expectations from the employees are baseless. Also the work-life balance exists only in the HR policies, not in reality (not in this company at least).
