If you The art of sales means you can grow in Insurance sector. Your speech is investment for this sector. But other sectors needs money.I entered this sector as TL with nil knowledge. But now I learning lot. I read a book named 'Fundamentals of Life Insurance-Theories and applications' Authored by 'Kaninika Mishra' Published by 'PHI Learning Pvt Ltd,New Delhi'. I dont like few things that is while recruiting new persons to the organisations, company representative persons are giving fake commitments to the candidates in salary package Especially advisors recruitment though campus hiring.They offering 6.06 Lakh CTC P.A or 3.5 lakh in offer letter for advisor role..but it is a purely perform anced based commissioned only adivisors can earn...Most of the candidates r cheating by this recruitment method... apart from this one.. IDBI federal life one of the value is transperancy, but there is no transperancy in salary details in advisors recruitment especialy campus hiring..company is good company..need to clarify the what exact benefit they will get like that......Read More
