Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage agency channel sales performance, including recruitment, training, and development of agents.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance sales through the agency channel.
  
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, clients, and internal teams.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (agency management).
  
• Strong understanding of general insurance products and services.
  
• Proven track record in developing successful agent networks or channels.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
