Lack of transparency we do not know what the company thinks of its future endeavour. Hiring Sachin for brand promotion spending 6 cr without genuine milage. Having inefficient old people in very important and critical and extremely senior profiles.

My work as a training manager is basically taking care of a lovely excel with all green numbers and providing occassional information to different sales persons.Training quality or knowledge is basically the least important thing in L&D of IFLI.
