Company aim was good but implementation was very bad, management is also bad

Company Management was very terrible, they don't paid salaries at right time, they will paid salaries after 2 to 3 months at a time. In hyderabad employees suffered by this company so many times. Employes complaint to the police station also about this company

Every single thing. The office was extremely dirty. No hygiene maintained. Salary late by 2 months on an average. No appraisal/ incentive whatsoever. Extremely frustrating work environment. No growth whatsoever.
