Work culture is really good. Opportunity to work on new technologies and tools. Proper Management and no politics at all. If you are performing good then you will get appreciated. Everyone will be treated equally. Job security is good. Overall I would recommend this company to work for.

Dislikes

Nothing major as such but as the company is about testing and if you are joining as a fresher, there are major chances that you will be allocated to Testing/Automation team even though you are a developer. ( This happened with me)

Nothing as much but work environment is still better. You will get basic facilities

Dislikes

1. Irrelevant profile work 2. Non technical and unskilled managers 3. No transparency 4. Hopeless HR Dept 5. No job security 6. Small and short duration projects 7. Frequency of project switching

Work Details

I was working on automation testing using core java and selenium web driver. I have worked on multiple projects here which were relevant and irrelevant to my job profile.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
