Senior managers are supportive any help they will guide you. Any issue can reach out to the higher management for help and support. If you want a place where u can manage work and family can go for it. They try placing you in hospital near to your house as much as possible.

Dislikes

Work life balance as we need to be flexible according to the hospital timings, no appreciation, no promotions and growth, no response from HR and hiring also was not good juniors got paid more although seniors and juniors had same experience, bias, no job security if no hospital available then they might ask you to travel very far or ask you to leave saying will call you when we have any near by openings 🙄, no benefits only salary....Read More

It was worst company the pretend to be they are wellwisher of employees but actually are not they do what ever they want no hike in salary and even not promotion and you don't get good knowledge there

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
