First of all company is so big and it's MNC so feel proud to say working with MNC. TL and Colleague are so help full. Work environment mostly my office colleagues are from different states of India. I work for US country in that some cities for News paper Account. We work as a Team and Happly!

For me Career Growth is good but expectation for Compensation increment is slow. All company as a pressure no issue for that. Work without OT and wait for Addoc. Strengths of team less so mostly not only me my seniors take there suggestion back. Sometimes Politics. So that was my last decision.

About my Job is Live Job we work. Actually my work start at night so we have to work on rush deadlines priority etc. So client sent us the AD's to be design by us and my role is challenging that I have to do quality check without errors.
