There are far better companies you can join. But never join this company. Likes would be, I got few good collegues to work with, and they taught me well. If you are a fresher yes this will be a good company. But for experienced I would say a big NO.

No perks or benefits, during my tenure I felt benefits were not given equally. Company provides free transport to women, whereas men will be charged and deductions will be made. The company proudly boasts about the fact that it installed coffee machine and that it is doing so much for their employees 😕. Leaves are less, no sick leaves. There is nothing to be liked about this company.

One of the worst organizations anyone can work in. There is no proper communication, the team leaders and management threaten their employees, no one from management can communicate well. No one talks about doing anything new and there is no creativity at all. The so called designers have to work on the same templates which are being used from decades. You can be terminated anytime and they make you work overtime, approve your extra pay for overtime but you never receive that extra pay. This company literally makes a fool of freshers. Lots of internal politics and the worst work culture any organization can have. They hold 'Culture and Values' session which is a total irony as none of those values are followed or practiced by any of the employee here. If you're joining as a fresher and as a Graphic Designer then please don't expect that you will actually get to 'design'. These people will kill your creativity....Read More

Rotational Night shift culture is highly affect your health. No leaves given on National holidays. They give you daily target to complete it which was unexpected.
