Honestly there’s no work-life balance, no benefits, no promotion, no job security ! The only thing you learn here is copy paste that’s it ! They also micromanage which is even worst!

There’s no work-life balance! They ask you to do Overtime but it never paid off this just means they don’t value their employee’s time and skill! There’s no creative work as a designer ! And too much politics ! Also intimidate freshers and junior in the team instead of helping them out or motivating them ! There’s no management !
