Honestly there’s no work-life balance, no benefits, no promotion, no job security ! The only thing you learn here is copy paste that’s it ! They also micromanage which is even worst!

There’s no work-life balance! They ask you to do Overtime but it never paid off this just means they don’t value their employee’s time and skill! There’s no creative work as a designer ! And too much politics ! Also intimidate freshers and junior in the team instead of helping them out or motivating them ! There’s no management ! Everything like Affinity has lots of office politics, and if you deny any proposal you will get fired or be in pip or apip and they target you every time for useless thing even for there mistakes and if you if you agree to what they say you will get promoted and salary hike and they also get threatening that i will fire you or will do this that etc

That's a shit company with zero ethics and rules, their Director omg a terrible person he is still leaving in his era 60 Years ago, all employees are hell frustrated but can't do anything
