There are far better companies you can join. But never join this company. Likes would be, I got few good collegues to work with, and they taught me well. If you are a fresher yes this will be a good company. But for experienced I would say a big NO.

No perks or benefits, during my tenure I felt benefits were not given equally. Company provides free transport to women, whereas men will be charged and deductions will be made. The company proudly boasts about the fact that it installed coffee machine and that it is doing so much for their employees 😕. Leaves are less, no sick leaves.
