- Job security is relatively stable as long as you are part of project and in billed role - Some projects offer great learning opportunity & exposure to modern technologies - Promotions & salary increments are competitive , especially for high performers - Few teams have supporting leas & collaborative work environment

Nothing I liked as far as I remember! I lived in anxiety , trepidations and job insecurity

The HR politics and the unfair treatment and practises! One example - they promised on the email about the salary hike despite of that they failed to keep it up
