Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Nothing its a complete lala company fully hire and fire policy.

Dislikes

Nothing is there to like about AFC. Product quality is worst every product is with snags and issues. No capability to execute any project more that 15L. Better not to join even if you get a 100-150% hike.
