Hire and fire: that happens on immediate basis and then one has to struggle to get compensation. Owners are so egoistic that they don't even try to speak to the person being asked to leave immediately about what happened exactly. Top management VPs etc keep doing "chai pe charcha" whole day and criticizing other people in the company......they talk a lot and do nothing actually. I have never seen a company in my career of around 17 yrs with so much of job fluctuations and job insecurity/instability.
