1. If u are joining this company then u should prepare to bejave like a school student who is scared of their teachers. 2. yearly you will get so many leaves which are just 6 and that to they don't want you to apply if u apply, CEO will call you to his office and indirectly he will scold you which will make you feel uncomfortable toapply for leave again. 3.low salary, a 2 years experienced python and react developers earn 20k, they hire freshers at low salary and asks them to work as a 2 years of experienced person. 4.No job security, they don't even care about employees. 5.They expect you to work like a robot they will force you to come on Saturday. 6.No matter how much u work, they will tell u we are not satisfied with your work and they will make u feel low, they will put this thing in your mind that u will loose your job (They will do this by thinking if we make him scared then he will work more) 7.Worst work culture. 8. If they don't not have sufficient space in office for a new employee, they will terminate someone to clear some space, and CEO himself tells this to the employees to make them scared and he did this thing so many times....Read More
