Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Was working for Accenture on SAP implementation project. We were scammed, been told the project would be permanent. Yet, after working for 3 months we were issued a discontinuation email and were forced to quit. Though not only them, every other vendor who participated in that project did the same with their candidates. Now we have to search for a different opportunity in this recession.
