They let me do things according to myself and and gave me full authority of decisions in behalf of the company where my skills grew very fast

Dislikes

no appointment letter or offer letter, job security is totally related to companies growth 📈,no leaves, no TA DA, no service at all

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
