Nothing I like at aelius Technologies all of the things were irregular n working culture nd salary structure the owner was facing high scarcity of fund they were very much irregular in giving salaries they were taking much of time of 3-4 months

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
