I will start with HR and admin, AEGIS is having worst HR dept. I've ever seen. I doubt whether these HR & admin people are educated or not (including senior management). Local HR point finger to HO HR and HO HR point finger to local HR. Also their language is so rude. My final settlement cleared after 6 months (for that I called so many times). Now about working dept, I have noticed, Deadline of any work was always yesterday and if you missed it then higher management uses too abusive words. I've experienced very bad culture. No trainings were arranged to improve skills. I had to work in Over time (Extended hour) work and I was getting paid only 40 Rs per hours (sometimes I didn't even got that).
