1 month Late Salary. Gives lot of issues while leaving the company. Always try to end the things on bad note. Even after leaving company with proper notice period still does not give salary and experience letter. In such way they try to hamper the career.

Very poor financial ethics. Never pays PF Salary is delayed for almost 30days as well and often paid in parts. BIM professionals keep resigning in less than 1yr. Resignation and hiring is too frequent. This speaks volume of its ethics. Please discuss with ex employees before wasting your time here.

Fake company, just makes you work free and throws you. Makes you work day n night....No leaves. Pathetic n terrible policies. They don't follow any labor laws or their own policies. Hardly 30 people including all departments

The people in higher management are very sweet to talk with. Anyone can het hired here. So if you are badly in need of a job and you ok with late salary you can join.

They are a big liers. You never get paid on time. 2-3 month delay in salary is ok. PF is never paid. They write fake reviews to maintain their ratings.

I like the office work culture. It's friendly only in between the team. 😆

Salary, salary , salary, if you work for AEC just forgot about your salary, not fixed time, date and month. They hold salary upto 3-4 months without any reason. They cut PF from your salary but will never deposit it in your pf account. They are money heist. When you will resign from AEC, they will not give your holded salary.
