I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Work environment are very bad, salary issue happen every time they always delay salary, job security null, no training no learning environment, very bad experience I ever had.

Work Details

You always seems to be under pressure, pressure not for work it's just unnecessary shouting pressure. There are no facilities provided by the company even air conditioner system in summer you have to do work in 40°C. It's not bad it's worse...
