You can learn everything from here as long as you play in your boss's shoes. No one's gonna help you here... You have to be your backup here. So yeah that's a good thing I guess cause you are not dependent on anyone but yourself.

No work culture, every month like every month atleast 20-25 employees joined this company and the same quantities are leaving the company per month . No team spirit, unkind behaviour, egoistic attitude , blame games , and toxic people ... I'm fade up 🥲 wish me good luck.
