It is a growing company and it's future is good in business point of view.

Dislikes

Women are not safe. All are show blindly including HR and other departments HOD's. No one take action on that type of top management. Only they take care of his own job. I'm new in company and trying to rise up voice but team and HOD's are not supporting. I will leave company but I will punish this type of management. Company is good but such people are disturbing company culture....Save women...

All things are Dislike.. Management is not good. Specially for Maintenance Team Politics in the Team .blame game is more.. Targeted persons.. Canteen is paid. Bus facility is not available on Sunday..

You can learn everything from here as long as you play in your boss's shoes. No one's gonna help you here... You have to be your backup here. So yeah that's a good thing I guess cause you are not dependent on anyone but yourself.

No work culture, every month like every month atleast 20-25 employees joined this company and the same quantities are leaving the company per month . No team spirit, unkind behaviour, egoistic attitude , blame games , and toxic people ... I'm fade up 🥲 wish me good luck.
