A very hard pace to stay motivated with. There just a blame game within themselves and no clear solution. Work culture is inhumane. Job will be full of frustrations of never being acknowledged for the work done either financially or verbally. I got the feeling that the topmost management in the company least care about the work conditions of their employees that they want a better performance from. The teams that I collaborated with were great. The ADs, MDs and the Senior AD and MDs were cool. They were always up to try something new and were very accomodating!

Dislikes

The company is currently declining, so there is no job security AT ALL. Some people from the initial team were extremely toxic and always wanted to know what ypur peronal problems were!

I'm fortunate that I was in the HR department of this company and had a great Team Leader, Vidhi Ma'am, who guided me throughout my tenure.

Dislikes

In this company, they do not release their ex-employees/ Intern stipend or salary after completion of their tenure also they terminate anyone without any prior notice. They do not increase their salary even after the completion of their probation period. make them work as an intern even after 6 months.

No work life balance, employes have to work 12 hours a day till late night most of the days, time given for animation is very less, salary is credited after 15th of month, Hr department is totally shit, they dont reply to the queries of employees properly, politics is there in the team, resigning process is worst, they dont pay their employess their fnf which includes their last month salary and dont even bother to respond of my employess asking for their fnf...Read More
