You get to learn new things and meet new people.

Dislikes

Politics, favouritism is at the top most level in this company. You will be made to do the extra hours of strech & pressurized. Females are always victims here, as good looking girls are always being molested by their leaders. If you try convey your business improving thoughts, then you will be made to shut. Every day you will have work for at least 12 hours regardless of your shift time.

Work Details

At Advantmed, I loved being a Support Executive, Appointment Verifier, Quality Assurance Executive. The only trouble I had was that my leaders got jealous & did not like the way I was approached by my fellow colleagues.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
