Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Management is worst Specially HSE Dept Kerela management company. You will be given the task without familiarisation with site. No induction training given to you and you will be sent directly to the site. You have to do the task other than your field . You go as a hse OFFICER/Supervisor but you have to do work as a storekeeper, ptw acceptor , whole watcher , fire watcher , gas tester and so on .... Working condition is good. Staffs and workers are good. Had wide range of machinery. Had a good range of reputed clients.

Dislikes

4-5 months salary delay. Even beg for salary for each month. No settlement after resignation, remaining pending salary is given as instalment. No flight tickets and had to be bear by ourselves and will give back along with settlement. Poor financial management. No commitment from management to staffs and workers. No welfare of staffs and workers.
