The company is not at all open to innovation nor they willing to accepts its failure. In team meetings no suggestion were taken. Management whimsically taken decision and when backfire they put the blame on its employees. Zero skill development activities and learning scope is not encouraged.

Good for the person work with own strategy, managing director and management is biased with some of their near and dear one in this family.

Dislikes

The Termination policy is not there. Taking someone's opinion qnd fire somebody is the culture.
